Your appointment time will be confirmed and secured only once the payment has been received. Failure to make a payment 24 hours before your session starts will result in an appointment dismissal. Fees will not be refunded if clients cancel an appointment within 24 hours before the session starts or if an absence at the appointment. A mutual agreement and cooperation is a good start to a psychotherapeutic relationship.
